Will they attain true forgiveness in time? The clock starts now. Scientists are rushing to find a cure, and everyone is suspected of being an evil-person with merely a small cough or fever.

The Karma Virus is an epidemic based on karma: only those who have done horrible wrongs towards others become infected. They have 2 weeks to find the person they wronged to try to seek forgiveness, or they can cross-their-fingers to get a rare million-dollar KP shot, which are provided by a corrupt ring of evil politicians and leaders who gamble on the lives of others. 

Many stories intersect of individuals and families, and it’s quite surprising to see the true character of each person.

There are many characters in this: a college student, news reporter, a surfer, two Midwestern families, a teacher, and more. Pushed to their breaking point, the characters reveal who they really are. Who can change and attain forgiveness, and who is pure evil? 

Can the characters find happiness anyway...despite these enormous problems?
